As a JTIP Packager at Mindscape Ventures, LLC, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of product preparation, ensuring our cannabis products are packaged according to industry and company standards. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to strict compliance and safety standards, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality of product presentation.

Responsibilities

‍

• Consistent weighting, labeling and packaging of Oasis products.
• Ensure accuracy of all products in compliance with state regulations.
• Perform quality checks on packaging to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing and procurement teams to meet production targets.
• Preroll, distillate, wax, vape pen, and flower packaging.

Qualifications

‍

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow complex instructions.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cannabis, is a plus.
• Familiarity with packaging machinery and equipment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

‍

• High school diploma or GED
• Cannabis Establishment Technician + HIPAA Certificate (Annual)
• Food Handler Safety Certificate (3-year)
• Sexual Harassment Certificate (Annual)

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

‍

• 1-2 years of product manufacturing or warehouse
• 1-2 years of measuring, packaging, labeling, and inventory experience
