Gnomad, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate, compliant tracking of cannabis materials from raw inputs through finished goods. This role plays a critical part in supporting production, packaging, and kitchen teams by maintaining inventory accuracy, seed-to-sale compliance, and material flow across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliant inventory records in METRC/BioTrack, including intakes, conversions, packages, transfers, adjustments, and waste
- Conduct daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations across production rooms and storage areas
- Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and report findings to management
- Match batch records with production logs and inventory movements
- Support labeling accuracy, compliant storage, and chain-of-custody controls
- Prepare manifests, transfer documentation, and inventory reports
- Assist with recalls, expiration reviews, compliance drills, and waste destruction logs
- Collaborate with Production, Kitchen, Packaging, and Management teams to maintain accurate material flow
Qualifications & Requirements
- This position requires New Mexico residency of at least one (1) year.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs
- Experience with METRC, BioTrack, or seed-to-sale software preferred but not required — training provided
- Inventory, logistics, manufacturing, or regulated environment experience is a plus
- Must obtain or hold a New Mexico Cannabis Establishment Technician (CET) certificate
- Must complete a Food Handler Safety Certificate (or within 30 days of hire)
- Must be able to pass verifications required for cannabis employment
