Gnomad, LLC is hiring a Packager to support cannabis manufacturing operations by accurately packaging finished products in compliance with New Mexico regulations, internal quality standards, and seed-to-sale requirements. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals whom thrive in structured, production-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Package products including flower, prerolls, edibles, beverages, tinctures, vape carts, topicals, and concentrates
- Operate packaging tools such as scales, sealers, labelers, grinders (for prerolls), and child-resistant packaging equipment
- Perform quality checks for weight accuracy, seal integrity, label accuracy, batch codes, and compliant THC symbol placement
- Maintain packaging logs and support inventory reconciliation
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with waste tracking, damaged product documentation, and mock recall procedures
- Follow all PPE, safety, and sanitation protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of one (1) year of New Mexico residency.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic math and weighing skills
- Must obtain or hold a New Mexico Cannabis Establishment Technician (CET) credential
- Must complete a Food Handler Safety Certificate (or within 30 days of hire)
- Manufacturing, food production, or cannabis experience preferred but not required — training provided
- Must be able to pass verifications required for cannabis employment
