Gnomad, LLC is hiring a Kitchen Production Technician to produce cannabis-infused edibles and consumables, including gummies, beverages, tinctures, and infused oils. This role focuses on precise batching, dosing accuracy, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute edible and infusion batches following recipes and SOPs
• Perform dosing calculations, mixing, and homogenization
• Operate kitchen and production equipment
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and allergen controls
• Complete batch records and support compliance tracking

Requirements

• A minimum of one (1) year of New Mexico residency.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must obtain or hold NM Cannabis Establishment Technician (CET) credential
• Food Handler Certificate required (or within 30 days)
• Kitchen, food manufacturing, or cannabis experience preferred but not required (training provided)
