We seek a Sales Manager who knows this New Mexico market, leads with strategy, and is ready to drive results across the state.

You are a high-performing sales professional with cannabis experience, strong organization, and a no-excuses attitude. You’ve spent years building relationships, leading sales teams, managing territories, and hitting targets. You are tech-savvy, data-driven, and a motivated self-starter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B cannabis sales efforts across a designated New Mexico territory.
- Manage current accounts and build new retail partnerships.
- Execute a clear, written sales strategy for Yum Clouds in your region.
- Accurately track leads, calls, and deals using a CRM system.
- Use Google Sheets and Excel to maintain and report sales data.
- Collaborate with internal teams for marketing activations and product launches.
- Must report quarterly goals, strategy, and higher-level planning to the CEO.
- Deliver consistent communication and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Meet weekly with company executives in strategy meetings and presentations.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team and individual reviews and check-ins.
Minimum Requirements — Must Meet ALL to Apply:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Cannabis sales experience is required
- Must have held a job for 3+ years in your career history
- CRM software proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A “make money” mindset and strong drive to succeed
- 21+ years of age with reliable transportation
- Must identify a defined New Mexico sales territory and initiate sales within the introductory period, 90 days.
- Must have a proven track record of increasing revenue for a company and a driven sales attitude.
- Must be available to work in the field, in-person in the office 4 days a week, with Fridays remote.
