As an On-Call / Seasonal Budtender, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and knowledgeable product guidance during peak seasons. You’ll ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining an inviting, safe store environment. This role requires flexibility to work variable hours, including holidays and weekends, to support increased customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and guide them through product selection with patience and knowledge.
• Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest regulated products, strains, consumption methods, and industry
• Sales and Transaction Management: Handle products with care, accurately conduct sales transactions, and ensure all financial procedures are followed meticulously. trends to offer informed recommendations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Diligently adhere to all state and federal laws regarding cannabis sales, including checking IDs and understanding purchase limits.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and inventory areas clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team to achieve sales targets, share product knowledge, and contribute to a positive, cohesive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dispensary experience preferred
• Retail & Sales preferred
• Point of Sale and Cash Handling Skills
• Basic Cannabis Product Knowledge
• Food Handlers, HIPAA, and National background checks
• Reliable Transportation and Availability
